My successful teaching practice at Convent of Our Lady of Victories, Moratuwa, and subsequent recruitment as a Biology Teacher (English Medium) were made possible by the high-quality education and modern facilities at Horizon Campus. The quality education we receive here in accordance with the field visits, laboratory sessions, symposiums, physical activities, teaching practice and the education friendly environment with qualified lecturers of faculty of education help in building up a student's career in the best way possible. Although we faced the covid 19 pandemic while doing the degree programme, our lectures and examinations were conducted well without any interruption to our academic years. The collaboration of Horizon Campus with IFS R&D International (Pvt) Ltd helped me secure an internship, and the practical knowledge and skills I gained helped me get promoted to Software Engineer in a very short period.
