With the signing of the MoU between Horizon Campus & HCL Technologies, Horizon students can take advantage of a fantastic opportunity to complete “In School” skilling programme and get an assured job with HCL. Key features/benefits of the programme include,
- Assured job (Software Analyst / IT Analyst) at HCL Technologies in Sri Lanka
- Students (who clear selection tests organized by HCL), can commence their training while pursuing their degree programme at Horizon Campus
- Student will be provided a Laptop and an internet connection during the tenure training/internship and employment with HCL.
This skilling/training programme will be offered to all students who join Horizon Campus on the degree programmes approved by the Ministry of Higher Education. Students who are pursuing the Bachelor of IT degree offered by the University of Moratuwa & University of Colombo, organized at Horizon Campus, commencing 2020/21 are also eligible
The MoU was signed at Horizon Campus premises by Mr. Thothathri Vaikuntam on behalf of HCL technologies and Mr.Upul Daranagama, the Chairman of Horizon Campus, with the officials from both HCL and Horizon Campus in attendance.
