The Certificate Awarding Ceremony of the Advanced Certificate in Professional English second batch was held on the 19th of March 2023 at the Kandy Regional Centre conference hall. The chief guest for the evening was Professor Gamini Samaranayake, former UGC chairman and former Ambassador to Philippines. We would like to thank Dr. Arosha Buddhapriya for representing Horizon Campus Malabe at this event.
