The demand for the IT Professionals is on the rise, both locally and globally. Information Technology and Information Communications Technology play a crucial role in the Sri Lankan and global job-market place creating hundreds and thousands of job opportunities in diverse industrial sectors including IT, ICT, both locally and globally. To cater to this requirement currently, we offer two degree programmes B.Sc. (Honours) in Information Technology and B.Sc. (Honours) in Network & Mobile Computing, both streams allowing students to enter into a lucrative job-marketplace on successful completion.

Establishing a skilled computing workforce is essential to the long term economic stability of the country and can provide Sri Lankan students long-term, recession-resilient employment opportunities. Whether you are interested in creating computer games, defending cyberspace, building computer networks, or finding computing solutions to business challenges, you have come to the right place. To start in the industry you need to have pre-requisite educational qualifications as per the job position, such as a diploma or a degree.
