The Horizon Campus achieved the rare status of approval from the Ministry of Higher Education and the University Grants Commission (UGC) in Sri Lanka to award its own degrees. Horizon Campus is also the only fully private institution to be listed on the prestigious Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) and a “Registered Centre” to offer University of London Degree programmes in Sri Lanka.
The Horizon Campus has become an Institutional Member of the Asia Pacific Quality Network, a renowned global institute for maintaining quality in higher education institutes. It has entered in to a memorandum of understanding with the Arkansas State University, USA, and Nilai University, Malaysia to offer degree programs in Biotechnology.
