Course Overview

The modules studied in the CertHE Common Law are the same as the Level 4 modules of the LLB and may be studied either full time or part time. Students must register through, and attend a course of instruction at, a teaching centre that is recognised to offer support for the programme .

  • Transfer to the LLB programme after successful completion of three modules.

  • Achieve a law qualification in some of the core legal subjects without committing to the full LLB programme.

  • Complete the programme in a minimum of one year and a maximum of five years.
