The Certificate of Higher Education in Common Law is a respected qualification in its own right, and provides a route into the LLB for those who don't yet meet the requirements. Learn the foundations of common law from some of the world's top legal academics.
The modules studied in the CertHE Common Law are the same as the Level 4 modules of the LLB and may be studied either full time or part time. Students must register through, and attend a course of instruction at, a teaching centre that is recognised to offer support for the programme .
Transfer to the LLB programme after successful completion of three modules.
Achieve a law qualification in some of the core legal subjects without committing to the full LLB programme.
Complete the programme in a minimum of one year and a maximum of five years.
